Baptist Health Resource Center is seeking an RN Clinical Informatics Specialist to serve as a resource for clinical applications and to collaborate with leadership to coordinate workflow improvements related to IT systems.

You will train new physician staff and provide continuing education for physician staff and super-users, while working with IT analysts to resolve problems quickly and support system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license active required.
• Experience as IT subject matter expert or super-user preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a resource for clinical applications.
• Coordinate and facilitate workflow and process improvements with IT systems.
• Provide initial training to new physician staff, residents, locums, and midlevel providers; ongoing education for physician staff and super-users.
• Resolve problems quickly with IT clinical analysts using the change management process.
• Assist IT with implementations and upgrades of inpatient clinical applications.
