Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an Investigator VI (HCS Nurse Investigator) in Arlington, TX. The role conducts on-site residential surveys and investigations of HCS and TxHmL Medicaid providers to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Travel up to 80% is required. The RN investigator assesses allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation and may testify when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a registered nurse in Texas or a reciprocal state.
• Two years of health care setting experience preferred.
• Travel up to 80% and willingness to conduct on-site inspections.

Responsibilities
