Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program.
• Completion of fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Nursing program.
• 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care within scope of practice (vital signs, hygiene, comfort).
• Communicate with care team; participate in handoffs and shift reports.
• Develop clinical skills under RN guidance through feedback and practice.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas meeting safety standards.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and proper storage.
• Perform hourly rounding and provide intentional patient interactions.
• Document tasks and observations clearly and promptly per policies.
• Uphold excellent customer service with patients and families.
