• Communicates with the care team during handoffs and shift reports.
• Develops clinical skills under RN supervision and applies evidence-based practices.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized patient rooms and workspaces.
• Assists with basic equipment like glucometers, bladder scanners, and scales.
• Performs hourly rounding with patient interactions to support healing.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly and promptly per policies.
• Upholds excellent customer service with patients and families.
• Adheres to all policies and maintains regular attendance.
