Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice, including vital sign monitoring and hygiene assistance.
• Communicates effectively with the care team and participates in bedside shift reports.
• Develops clinical skills under the guidance of an RN.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Assists with equipment maintenance and proper storage of care equipment.
• Performs hourly rounding and provides patient interactions to support healing.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly and timely per policies.
• Maintains excellent customer service with patients and families.
