Ascension is seeking a PRN Day Shift CNA/PCA to join the ICU at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. You will support patient care under the supervision of a preceptor and help with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic comfort measures.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, completion of one nursing clinical, and a current BLS certification. CNA/PCA experience is preferred. This role emphasizes compassionate service and teamwork within a Catholic health system.

Complete assigned nursing orders as directed by preceptor, including assisting patient with activities of daily living and taking vital signs.
Document and report observations and discrete data elements topreceptor or other appropriate staff.
Assist preceptor with overall assessments of patient condition and development of plan of care by reporting test results and patient observations.
Perform other tasks as assigned, including environmental services and preparing/transporting patients for diagnostic services.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Successful completion of one semester of nursing clinical (preferably a med-surg clinical) with a grade of C or above required.
