Job summary

College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy is seeking a Nurse Informatics Specialist to review change requests, analyze departmental needs, and ensure the Clinical Informatics System aligns with clinical workflows. Responsibilities include project proposals, system design changes, cost analysis, and liaison duties to optimize end-user satisfaction and evidence-based practice.

Required are NC RN licensure, BSN, MSN in Informatics or related field, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare clinical experience and clinical informatics or application support.
• Information technology competence.
• Project management experience and/or experience with systems development related projects.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the review and prioritization of change requests.
• Performs system analysis of departmental needs and ensures operational alignment.
• Assists with preparation of project proposals, system selection, changes to Clinical Informatics System design, and cost analysis.
• Acts as liaison between work teams and departments and contributes to evidence-based practice.
