Job summary

Sinai Hospital is a leading healthcare institution seeking a Nursing Informatics Leader to advance clinical technology and optimize nursing workflows. This role promotes evidence-based care and oversees systems that support patient outcomes, EBPs and research.

Leading a team of clinical systems resource nurses, you will translate clinician needs into system specifications, collaborate with departments, and drive IT-enabled care delivery across LifeBridge Health.

Qualifications

5-7 years of nursing informatics leadership experience.
Professional Organization Participation required.
MSN required.

Responsibilities

Lead nursing informatics and clinical technology advancement.
Integrate nursing, computer and information sciences to manage data in nursing practice.
Collaborate with clinical departments to plan, design, implement and evaluate systems supporting patient care, EBP and research.
Translate clinician requirements into specifications for new systems.
Promote integration of clinical effectiveness data with productivity and personnel data for administrative decision making.
Lead a team of clinical systems resource nurses to act as unit or service-line CIM experts.
