Qualifications

- Five years of RN experience including two years in administrative/supervisory/teaching roles.
- Current Maryland RN license.
- Ability to translate clinical workflows into IT requirements.

- Assess nursing workflows across facilities to optimize processes.
- Analyze clinical data for performance improvement and reporting.
- Develop policies relating to nursing informatics and EHR use.
- Lead training initiatives across the multi-facility system.

- Current Maryland Registered Nurse license
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical workflows into technical requirements for IT personnel
- Knowledge of clinical data analysis, metric development, and EHR systems
- Advanced degree in Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or Health Informatics (preferred)
