Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Informatics or Information Management.
• One year may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
• Experience in informatics, systems analysis, and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical informatics expert, educator, consultant, leader, and researcher for information systems.
• Plan develop implement maintain evaluate and train clinical information systems to improve processes.
• Act as internal consultant and education resource for clinical information initiatives aligned with MMG and MedStar Health.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for technical innovations and ensure systems meet professional standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care using evidence-based informatics.
• Lead planning educational activities and manage adoption of clinical applications across departments.
