The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an RN I-Direct Care for the San Angelo network. Evening shifts are available across multiple homes, with potential overtime. Telework is not eligible.

You will administer medications, perform health assessments, maintain records, and support care plans and disaster readiness. Texas RN license or reciprocity is required and ACEN/CCNE accreditation is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program is required.
• Prior employment experience as LVN or RN is preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Texas or with reciprocity.

• Administers medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Conducts physical assessments and implements appropriate actions.
• Maintains and reviews medical records and assessments.
• Implements and monitors care plans and case management.
