Job description

Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is an evidence-based maternal and early childhood home visiting program dedicated to improving outcomes for first-time parents and their children. Through ongoing nurse home visits beginning in pregnancy and continuing until the child turns two, we empower families with the education, support, and resources needed to build healthy futures.

As a Nurse Home Visitor, you will provide direct, relationship-based care to first‑time parents in a community setting. This role blends clinical expertise with coaching, education, and care coordination, while maintaining fidelity to the NFP model. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, contribute to community partnerships, and help drive meaningful, long‑term impact for families.

Compensation: $65,000
