First Choice Community Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Flow Manager to coordinate clinical staffing and ensure smooth patient flow at our Albuquerque health centers.

The role supports providers with injections, treatments, patient education, and care coordination under clinical supervision and Health Center Manager guidance. The position requires NM nursing licensure (LPN/ RN) with supervisory experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse or registered nurse in NM with current credentials.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical staffing to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Supervise assigned clinical support staff and provide training.
• Assist with patient examinations and treatments, incl. injections.
• Perform venipuncture and assist with laboratory procedures as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate with site leadership.
