Job summary

Under clinical supervision, you will supervise staff, manage supplies, participate in rounds, and assist in emergency situations. NM LPN/RN license, supervisory experience, and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• State of New Mexico LPN/RN license or licensure pending.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates clinical staffing to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assists providers with injections, treatments and patient education.
• Supervises clinical support staff and trains personnel.
• Executes triage, vital signs, specimen collection and lab coordination.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and documentation accuracy.
