Job summary

Penn Medicine at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC) invites BSN students to apply for the Summer 2027 Nurse Extern Program. The 8-week, onsite internship runs June 1 to July 24, 2027, and requires you to be in the summer between your junior and senior year in an accredited BSN program.

The program is 36 hours per week, full-time temporary, with no paid time off or health benefits. Opportunities span Medicine, Surgical/Orthopedic, Trauma, Cardiology, Geriatric and Emergency Department, plus
