Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and ensure patient comfort.
• Perform basic nursing tasks as competency grows (wound care, catheter care, specimen collection).
• Document care and communicate with the nursing team in a timely manner.
• Help patients and families understand care plans and recovery guidance.
• Maintain clean, safe patient areas and follow infection prevention practices.
• Engage in learning opportunities and collaborate with supervisors to grow professionally.
