Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Enrolled in Henry Ford Health Early College Program and has completed two clinical rotations as required at an accredited school of nursing.
• Must remain enrolled in nursing program and provide transcripts after each term.
• Complete a 180-day introductory period to learn policies and duties.
• Position is time-limited: ADN up to 12 months; BSN up to 24 months (part-time options possible).

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Contribute to development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Respond to emergent situations according to established procedures.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance nursing skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Enrolled in HF Health Early College Program

Two clinical rotations completed (Med/Surg)

Actively enrolled in nursing program; provide transcripts
