The program starts December 14, 2026 with orientation Monday through Friday at New Center One in Detroit. You must be available for orientation and complete two clinical rotations; scheduling requires two 8-hour shifts every two weeks in the Grand Blanc, Michigan area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or current enrollment in a Henry Ford Health Early College Program with two clinical rotations.
• Enrolled in an accredited school of nursing with two clinical rotations, including Med/Surg.
• Current Health Care Provider Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Participate in the nursing process and contribute to care planning.
• Respond to emergent situations according to protocols.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance nursing skills.
