Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited nursing program with first-semester completion, including fundamentals of nursing.
• Two letters of recommendation from a nursing school instructor (one may be from an employer).
• Evidence of progress toward graduation for each subsequent semester must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN under supervision by performing assigned tasks to support patient care.
• Contribute to patient comfort and well‑being within the scope of practice.
• Engage with the six dimensions of Relationship Based Care: Resources, Teamwork, Care Delivery, Outcomes, Professional Practice, and Leadership.
• Participate in team decisions using the JMC Pathway for data‑driven improvement.
