Responsibilities

• Work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to gain hands-on experience.
• Provide direct patient care as directed by the RN.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to supervising RN.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
