Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in accredited nursing programs and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

The extern will learn essential nursing skills while providing compassionate care and support to patients and their families in a community-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a state-approved practical nursing program or an accredited nursing program.
• Completion of the fundamentals of nursing course with clinical practicum required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
