The extern will work under RN supervision, handling assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure compassionate, high-quality care for each patient. Location is Morgantown, WV with variable shifts and a per diem status.

Qualifikationen

• Light work with frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Experience with nursing fundamentals in lab/clinical settings evidenced by completed skill check-off.

Aufgaben

• Assessment: under the direction of the RN, collect comprehensive data with a focus on compassionate care and clinical excellence.
• Diagnosis: analyze assessment data to identify diagnoses or issues with patient-centered care.
• Outcomes Identification: identify expected outcomes for a plan tailored to the patient.
• Planning: develop a plan with strategies to achieve outcomes, guided by the RN.
• Implementation: execute the plan under RN supervision.
• Evaluation: monitor progress toward outcomes under the RN’s direction.
