Responsibilities

• Assist RN in providing care based on nursing process and unit standards

• Document findings and care under RN oversight
• Communicate with RN and care team about patient needs
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Observe infection control and privacy regulations
• Participate in clinical learning opportunities
• Perform non-clinical duties like stocking supplies and transporting patients
• Join department huddles, education sessions, and team meetings
