Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited nursing program and have completed the first Med/Surg rotation. No experience required; BCLS is required upon hire. Preferred certifications include phlebotomy, ECG, CNA/PCT credentials.

Qualifications

• A student currently enrolled in and progressing through an accredited nursing program and successfully completed the first Med/Surg rotation.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, from birth through the lifecycle.
• Utilize treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the pre-licensure nurse per hospital policy.

Education

Nursing student enrolled; completed 1st Med/Surg rotation
