Integritus Healthcare – Hillcrest Commons Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a Staff Educator (RN) to plan, organize, and oversee educational programs for the Nursing Department. The role includes onboarding new staff, coordinating mandatory trainings, and ensuring competency with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Nursing.
• Bachelor's or better in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, document, and evaluate all educational programs for the Nursing Department.
• Onboard and assimilate all new employees with timely follow-up on competencies.
• Coordinate mandated in-service trainings with facility directors to meet State and Federal requirements.
• Orient new employees to meet regulatory expectations and IHC education standards.
• Promote safety and OSHA-compliant practices across the facility.
