Qualifications
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, documents and evaluates all educational programs in the Nursing Department.
- Assists in assimilating new employees and ensures competencies are completed timely.
- Maintains compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate mandated in-service trainings with department directors.
- Coordinate orientation of new employees to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure in-services are documented and completed.
- Provide coaching to maintain ongoing competency and professional development.
- Support career ladder educational paths with facility management.
