Qualifications

• RN license required and two years college.
• Experience in quality improvement and infection control procedures.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; strong decision making and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct staff growth and development and assist with QAPI.
• Develop training objectives and programs to enhance resident care quality.
• Coordinate annual Employee Education fair and track training recommendations.
• Lead in-service training for licensed nursing personnel to ensure current licenses.
• Perform nursing care and consultation functions including care plan development and discharge facilitation.
