Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) seeks a Nurse Educator (RN) to lead educational programs, mentor staff, and advance workforce development in the Southern Tier. The role focuses on building a strong learning culture that supports clinical excellence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or related field.
• Three years of nursing practice in a clinical setting.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).

• Develop and deliver educational programs to promote clinical excellence.
• Design, implement, and evaluate the Internal MOA Training Program.
