Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license active in Indiana or an active NLC RN license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and advocate for innovative professional development programs and curricula for clinical learners and the organization—from onboarding to expert clinicians.
• Model evidence-based practices and demonstrate commitment to the scholarship of teaching and learning.
• Provide strategic direction to meet educational needs identified through assessments, regulatory requirements, and quality data.
• Serve as a role model and expert for clinical educators, supporting their ongoing growth and development.
