Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a Nurse Educator for a respected surgical hospital in northwestern Wisconsin. You will develop and deliver perioperative education, onboarding, competency validation, and evidence-based learning initiatives to advance patient care and nursing excellence.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, safety, and staff readiness, while supporting professional growth in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Nurse Educator with focus on perioperative and surgical care.
• Experience in developing educational programs and improving clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs of nurses in perioperative and surgical settings.
• Develop and present educational content and curricula.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new staff.
• Maintain regulatory competencies and simulate skills training.
• Coach staff and evaluate program effectiveness and impact on practice.
• Support policy or practice updates to ensure safe surgical care.
