Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff to Mother Baby Unit.
• Coordinate orientation schedule for Nurse Residents and new nursing staff.
• Participate in and facilitate staff compliance with mandatory educational requirements.
• Develop education plans and routing check in with new nursing staff.
• Actively participate in education council and unit education meetings.
• Promote professional development and ongoing education with staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
