Blessing Health System seeks an experienced RN educator to support the Medical Surgical Units by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating orientation and education programs for staff and the health care community.

This role requires current State RN licensure, BSN or progress toward BSN, excellent communication skills, and at least 2 years in a related field; the incumbent will uphold the hospital mission and core values within the organization's performance improvement framework.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BSN or actively working towards a BSN with an education plan.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate orientation and educational programs for staff and healthcare community.
• Provide services to diverse age populations with understanding of developmental needs.
• Support Blessing Hospital's mission and core values within the Performance Improvement Process.
