The position requires min 3 years RN experience in critical care, licensure in the state, and applicable certifications within 1 year. Strong teaching and AV/technology skills are valued for staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's prepared nurse required; enroll in program if not yet enrolled.
• Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience in the practice area.
• Certification in the appropriate practice area required within 1 year of eligibility.
• Life Support Instructor Certification may be required depending on patient population.
• Current RN license or temporary license in the state of work; National License Compact state eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical expertise in evidence-based nursing practice within a specialty area; act as educator, system thinker, change agent, and innovator.
• Provide leadership in nursing practice, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
