Job summary

UW Health in Rockford, IL, seeks a Registered Nurse with a BSN to join the Swedish American Hospital team. You will provide expert nursing care in your assigned specialty and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Requires IL RN licensure, BLS and ACLS upon hire, and at least three years of clinical experience. The role offers 100% FTE with 4 ten-hour shifts per week and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition assistance and daycare

• BSN from an accredited nursing program
• HS diploma or highest degree on file
• At least three years of clinical nursing experience
• Current RN licensure from Illinois
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification required upon hire

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 4 10's per week. Flex hours to meet unit needs. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Program. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• At least three years clinical experience in assigned specialty area. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Upon Hire Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Upon Hire Required
