Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Education Coordinator to develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff at North Shore Medical Center, onsite at 55 Highland Avenue. You will design, implement, and evaluate curricula to enhance clinical skills and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing with 3–5 years of clinical nursing and 2–3 years in education; Master’s degree preferred. Evening/weekend flexibility and competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Design curricula for clinical procedures and patient care protocols.

• Coordinate continuing education opportunities and access to training resources.
• Evaluate nursing competencies and provide development plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices through education, training, and audits.
• Maintain accurate records of programs, attendance, evaluations, and staff competencies.
