Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Nursing required.
- Master degree in nursing or related field within 3–5 years.
- Master of Education or instructional design-related master within 3–5 years.
- 3+ years hospital clinical experience required.
Responsibilities
- Instruct all levels of nursing staff.
- Foster effective cross-department relationships.
- Develop and review departmental practices.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practice and education processes.
- Provide leadership in task forces and teams.
