The University of Kansas Medical Center School of Nursing seeks a full-time Simulation and Clinical Faculty to support clinical education with emphasis on simulation in prelicensure programs. Rank and salary are commensurate with experience and position is clinical track.

The faculty will lead hands-on labs, use simulation for competency assessment, and contribute to curriculum development and service activities within the School of Nursing.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree in Nursing required with a strong background in clinical education.
• RN license in Kansas or eligibility for licensure is required.
• Experience in simulation-based education and competency assessment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Teach in clinical skills and simulation labs for prelicensure nursing students.
• Develop and refine simulation scenarios and rubrics for assessment.
• Provide formative feedback and coaching to promote safe clinical practice.
• Participate in course and curriculum development and service activities.
