Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing is required.

• Advanced degrees in clinical leadership or related fields within 3–5 years are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct nursing staff across levels and promote evidence-based practice.
• Lead and coordinate educational initiatives and programs.
• Promote professional development and retention through education.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure effective educational outcomes.
• Provide leadership in task forces and educational committees.
