Assesses learning needs and assumes responsibility for providing educational services to all. Coordinate weekly in-service programs, yearly competencies for each department, and maintain database of competencies. Develops, implements, and monitors the orientation program for all new personnel. Assists in imparting knowledge of clinic services to medical students and residents. Coordinates clinical rotations and onboarding of students.
