Job summary

Job Description

Assesses learning needs and assumes responsibility for providing educational services to all. Coordinate weekly in-service programs, yearly competencies for each department, and maintain database of competencies. Develops, implements, and monitors the orientation program for all new personnel. Assists in imparting knowledge of clinic services to medical students and residents. Coordinates clinical rotations and onboarding of students.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with current licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) required
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the clinical practice of nursing, experience in coordinating projects, and experience in group presentations required.
  • Clinic experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in staff development preferred.
  • Knowledge of principles of adult learning is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinic experience preferred.
