Requires current Ohio RN license and BLS certification; ambulatory services or ED experience; willingness to rotate shifts/units; strong computer skills; specialty certification is a plus.

Maintains standards of professional nursing practice and coordinates total nursing care for patients with consideration of their specific age needs. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other health care professionals. Responsibilities include but not limited to: triage, assessment, and plan of care for Ambulatory Services. Will legibly document patient assessment and plan of care instructions and/or follow-up with the patient. Will work with multi-specialties to help establish positive patient outcomes through coordinated referrals and continuity of services.
