Del Amo Hospital Inc. in Torrance, California, is seeking a dedicated Nursing Educator (RN) to assist the Chief Nursing Officer. You will design and implement training for hospital nursing staff as well as participate in important treatment meetings.

The Nursing Educator (RN) assists the Chief Nursing Officer in evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing hospital training events for all RN, LVN, and MHT staff required training. The educator also provides patient nursing assessments on an as-needed basis and participates in treatment team meetings as required.
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN/BSN preferred.
Credentials: Licensure by the California Board of Registered Nursing required.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years direct clinical experience preferred in a psychiatric or mental health setting, with direct experience in staff education, nursing practices, patient assessments, education concepts, practices and procedures.
