Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Support role in nursing education and development to assist in orientation, competency programs, in-service training, and ongoing education for healthcare staff. The position focuses on academic partnerships, career development, and smooth role transitions at the unit level to enhance patient care.

The role requires active nursing licensure, BLS certification, and relevant clinical experience, with a preference for teaching exposure and familiarity with education

Qualifications

Active nursing license in state and BLS certification.
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Or 5 years hospital nursing with an Associate's degree.
RN to BSN program enrollment required or in progress.

Responsibilities

Support orientation and competency programs for staff.
Coordinate in-service and continuing education activities.
Foster academic partnerships and career development.
Assist with role transition at the unit level for healthcare staff.
