Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education and staff development in a long-term and post-acute care setting.

You will design and deliver orientation, in-services, and competency-based training for nursing staff, promoting compassionate, high-quality, and compliant resident care. You will support quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory readiness initiatives while coaching nurses to apply best practices.

• RN licensure is required.
