UMass Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Nursing Education Leader to assess, plan, and implement staff development across assigned units. You will coach nursing staff, ensure care quality, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Required are a Bachelor's in Nursing or related field, MA RN license, and BLS; 3 years hospital experience with 2+ years peri-anesthesia nursing. A Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or related healthcare field.
• Active RN license in Massachusetts (MA).
• BLS Certification required.
• 3 years of direct hospital care in last 8 years; 2+ years peri-anesthesia nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate staff development and educational activities for assigned area(s).
• Ensure quality of patient care and clinical practice progression through coaching of nursing staff.
• Participate in development and implementation of educational programs for the Nursing Department.
