Job summary

Miller's Health Systems in Indiana is seeking a Licensed Nurse to lead inservice education as the Director of Inservice Education/ADON for a long-term care facility. You will design and oversee staff training and onboarding to ensure high standards of resident care.

You will maintain training records, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, renew licenses and certificates, and serve as Infection Preventionist while guiding the team with our core values of passion, integrity,

Qualifications

Licensed nurse in Indiana with at least one year of long-term care experience.
Preference for Registered Nurses.
Professional in appearance and behavior.
Ability to work with a dedicated team and lead others.
Ability to model and uphold company core values (passion, integrity, stewardship, growth, adaptation).

Responsibilities

As Director of Inservice Education/ADON, design and oversee ongoing employee education programs for nursing and support staff.
Lead onboarding and training to maintain standards of resident care and facility operations.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and company policies.
Ensure renewal of nurse licenses, QMA and CNA certificates, and coordinate BNA/QMA classes as required.
Serve as the Infection Preventionist and collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
