Miller's Health Systems in Indiana is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing care and supervise staff across the facility, ensuring high-quality patient services and compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing services, align with company policies, and mentor a dedicated team to uphold our core values of passion, integrity, stewardship, growth, and adaptation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Indiana.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in the past 5 years.
• Pass pre-employment process and screening.
• Complete orientation and training.
• Able to pass the physical exam.
• Be employed generally on the day shift, with possible variation to supervise all shifts.
• Have 1 year of nursing supervision experience in the past five years.
• Serve only one facility in this capacity at a time.
