Job summary

Miller's Health Systems in Indiana seeks a Director of Inservice Education/ADON to lead staff training and ensure high standards of resident care. You will develop and supervise an ongoing education program for nurses and other clinical staff and participate in onboarding.

Responsibilities include maintaining training records, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations, renewing licenses, coordinating QMA and CNA classes, and serving as Infection Preventionist within the facility.

Qualifications

• Indiana licensed nurse with at least 1 year in long-term care.
• Preference for Registered Nurses (RN).
• Professional in appearance and behavior.
• Able to lead and work with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage an ongoing education program for staff.
• Train employees on topics to maintain care standards and operations.
