Job summary

Miller's Merry Manor in Indiana is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team, supervise staff, and deliver compassionate, compliant patient care across the facility.

You must be a licensed Indiana RN with supervisory experience, available for day shifts, and prepared to complete pre-employment screening, orientation, and the required exams. This role also requires staying current with state and federal regulations and strong communication with patients, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
• Must have 1 year of nursing experience in the past 5 years.
• Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening.
• Complete orientation and training.
• Able to pass the physical exam given on behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
• Be employed generally on the day shift, except when it is deemed necessary to vary working hours to provide supervision to all shifts.
• Have 1 year of experience in nursing supervision within the past five (5) years.
• Serve only one (1) facility in this capacity at a time.
• Requires a minimum of 40 hours per week unless instructed differently by your administrator.

Responsibilities
