Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing needs assessments and formulate educational plans.
Develop and coordinate orientation for assigned areas; meet with orientees and leaders.
Lead quality and safety initiatives and educate nursing staff using evidence-based methods.
Develop curricula per ANPD standards and evaluate proficiency of team members.
Collaborate with department leadership and Clinical Learning to enhance staff development.
