Position: Nurse Cosmetic Aesthetician (Part-Time) - High-End Facial Aesthetics & Optometry Practice – Carmel, IN

Who You Are: A licensed medical practitioner passionate about natural beauty enhancement, confident, client-focused, tech-savvy, with expertise in injectables and advanced treatments, eager to promote facial aesthetics as a form of self-care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients, assess needs, educate on treatments.
• Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables.
• Perform IPL, Radiofrequency, and Morpheus 8 facial treatments (facial area only).
• Collaborate with optometrists for client care.
• Maintain detailed treatment records.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage clients via social media and community marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain cleanliness and boutique standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active RN, NP, or PA license and aesthetician license in Indiana.
• At least 1 year of experience with injectables.
• Proven ability to deliver high-end, personalized client experiences.
• Sales and social media experience preferred.
• Flexible availability for part-time hours with potential to grow to full-time.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Flexible hours, starting with 15-30 hours, with growth potential.
